Eligibility for Returns

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices
Products that show signs of use, damage due to mishandling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Unless damaged or defective upon delivery, the following are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to improper use or negligence
Normal wear and tear
Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, as applicable. Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product supplied by us, return shipping costs will be borne by Lakshmi Appliance.
For all other approved returns, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
